CHIPS Sudoku Level 1

READ THE "BOARD/GRID" BELOW TO UNDERSTAND THESE RULES

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Cells joined by a white dot, digits are consecutive. Cells joined by a black dot, one digit is double the other.
Not all Xs, Vs and dots are given.
Given digits represent the starting level and ending portal level.
Two cells connected by the orange Swarming wasps (Dutch whisper) line must have a difference of at least 4.
Box borders divide the blue water (region sum) lines into segments whose values have the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Chip (large grey rectangle) digits can repeat. The chip that opens the level 3 portal does not repeat - it is unique and is not on the water and swarming wasps lines. It is the same number as the socket beside the level 3 portal.

Blue lines represent the water crossing.
The orange line represents the swarming wasps.
Chips are grey larger rectangles on a white floor tile.
A large socket protects the level 3 portal at the left centre of the grid. A special chip in the socket opens the portal.
