Parity Party

This puzzle is a follow up to my previous puzzle Parity Cross. I'm very pleased with how this one turned out and I really hope you enjoy!
RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a red line contain digits with different parities (One odd and one even).
- Black dots separate cells with digits in a 1:2 ratio and white dots separate cells with consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
