Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cages with the same color have the same total and digits within those cages sum to that total. Digits MAY REPEAT in cages if allowed by other rules.
Adjacent digits on a green line have a difference of at least 5.
Digits on a pink line form a consecutive set in any order.
Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
Solution code: Row 5

Fun puzzle with sneaky bits of logic hidden around :) I couldn’t find a way to disambiguate without the red cages, they are needed. Thanks for the puzzle!
Also Too Many Puppies was playing in my head the whole solve lol

Changed the cage colors for clarity, thanks for the feedback, VitP.

the 1-cell cages are BLUE.
the two-cell cages are BLACK.
these colours are virtually identical on the screen.
the large (RED) cages are not needed.
Ah, I will update the colors to make it clearer hopefully. Thank you.
However I am curious how you disambiguated without the red cages? I must have missed something.

looks like I made a mistake. Initially, I thought that the blue and black cages were BOTH black (it really was almost impossible to distinguish them). "Obviously", this excluded a 1. When I realized the cages were different, I didn't rewind far enough. So that resulted in a form of "lucky guess".

Ah, makes sense. Again, thanks for the feedback, the colors were definitely a problem.

Smooth solve with a couple of nice deductions along the way
