A Killer Hand

This puzzle was set as a gift for Emphyrio as part of the 2023 Secret Santa puzzle exchange on the CTC discord.
Rules:- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages may not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner.
- Digits separated by a suit symbol must be in a whole number ratio (1:X, no fractions). Each suit represents a different ratio which must be determined.
- Each of the letters A, J, Q, and K represent a unique digit.

strange: I ran a query for one star puzzles and this puzzle appeared in the list but with two stars. The difficulty must have updated just in the instant I ran the query.
