Red rat or green grizzly?

Rules:
⚪ Normal Sudoku rules apply. Placing correct digits reveals the fog in the surrounding cells. Guessing is not needed.
Kropki pairs: White dots indicate consecutive digits.
Black dots indicate digits with a ratio of 1:2.
Not all dots are necessarily given.
Indexing: Red cells are column indexing, e. g. a 7 in R9C2 puts a 2 in R9C7.
Green cells are row indexing, e. g. a 7 in R9C2 puts a 9 in R7C2.
Color-Cages: Digits in cages do not repeat.
If a cage total is even, all cells of that cage have to be shaded red, otherwise green.

olima: Hi Sudokufan, I just wanted to avoid lazy solvers just opening one row of fog —

i absolutely hate this solution code. Having to find the row with the longest run of conscutive digits just to be able to register the solve is absolutely pointless
