This puzzle was set as a gift for Emphyrio as part of the 2023 Secret Santa puzzle exchange on the CTC discord.
Rules:- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Green cells are row indexers: a green cell in row R column C containing digit D indicates that the cell in row D column C contains digit R. For example, if row 8 column 8 contained the digit 2, then row 2 column 8 would contain the digit 8.
- The red cell is a column indexer: row 9 column 5 indicates which column in row 9 contains the digit 5.
- Red dots are ratio dots: digits separated by a red dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.

Easy to overcomplicate your life with this one, but beautiful once you take a step back and reconsider the whole of it.
