Where the Streets Have No Name (Hellseher-Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once each.
Digits in Killer cages may not repeat, and their values after modification (see below) must sum to the given total.
PSYCHIC MODIFIERS: Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains one psychic digit. For the purposes of cage totals, these cells contribute not only their digit N, but also the digit located in box N in the same relative position. The boxes are numbered in reading order from the top left.
The psychic cells are a full set of the digits 1-9. The cells referenced by psychics must also contain nine different digits. However, there may be more or fewer than one such referenced cell in any row, column, or box.

In der Tat, der Sudokuteil ist fast schwieriger als die Sonderregeln. Insgesamt hat es viel Spaß gemacht. Danke!

Figured out the modifiers and cages quite fast, and then got stuck forever in the sudoku part :)
