Xmas Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Help Santa find a path through Sudoku village! Santa begins in the top left cell and must move horizontally or vertically (not diagonally) between cells forming a single connected path that enters every house. Santa's path must not branch and must not go through any clover or Xmas trees.
A digit on a house must be equal to the number of cells on Santa's path that touch that cell (horizontally, vertically and diagonally) including the house cell.
A digit on a Christmas tree must also be equal to the number of cells on Santa's path that touch that cell.
A digit on a clover must be equal to the number of cells NOT on Santa's path that touch that cell including the clover cell.

Nice puzzle, I would give it a 1 star for difficulty. very quick puzzle but if you see my profile you will see I like the easier puzzles. :D
