Yin Yang - Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or fully unshaded.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Grey lines are shaded palindrome lines - shaded cells along a grey line form a palindrome, and unshaded cells along a grey line form a palindrome.

For me this was a 2 star difficulty. Really nice solve. Hard to break in, but a solid flow once the break in was found.

Thanks for solving! I've been solving for a few years now but am new to setting, so judging the difficulty of a puzzle is a bit of a challenge for me.

This puzzle is definitely mind-blowing.
BUT it is NOT level 2. You have to know all the yin-yang tricks, just to get onto the playing field. That alone makes it a level 2.
But THEN you have to realize that the interaction of the little killers with the dual palindromes puts a severe restriction on some of the yin-yang cells.
Send to Simon and watch him fall off his chair.
