Shade some cells on the board, and draw a single loop that goes through all remaining empty cells. Shaded cells cannot be orthogonally adjacent. Clues cannot be shaded, and are not part of the loop. A clue indicates the amount of cells it sees in all 4 directions, including itself. Shaded cells block visibility.
Solution code: From top to bottom, write the amount of shaded cells in each row of the grid.
