Region Sum Cages

This my very first puzzle. Doesn't seem all that difficult, so I rated it 1 star, but please leave feedback!
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Region Sum Lines: Digits along the light-blue lines must have the same sum for each region it enters.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left
White Kropki dots: Digits with a white dot in between must be consecutive
Black Kropki dots: Digits with a black dot in between must be in a 2:1 ratio (i.e one is double the other)
Solution code: Column 9 without spaces

I am about 98% sure I have the correct solution but the code won't work...can you double check for me?

Very fun. Sum lines across the top were non-trivial. Maybe 1.5 stars for me. Thanks for sharing.
