Normal Arrow Sudoku Rules apply, with Minimum cells, black dots and German Whispers.

Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
German Whisper (green line): Adjacent digits along each german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Arrow: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell.
Min/max cells must be greater than or less than their orthogonally adjacent neighbors as indicated by the symbols bordering the cell.
Digits in cells separated by a
black dot have a 1:2 ratio. No negative constraint.

This one is for CTC, imo, the first part of the solve is interesting and nicely logic-driven while the second part of the solve did not depend on the sort of nit-picky scanning that can result in a person staring at the grid for half an hour not knowing what's next. It would make a good video.
