The vertical arrow in column 7 doesn't seem to show up for me on SudokuPad. The puzzle is apparently solvable without that detail though. Brilliant puzzle!

very nice !!
important technical detail: can be solved using only THREE (i.e. primary) colours (plus neutral). for any puzzle using more than 6 colours, it becomes very difficult to unscramble all the similar hues
