Killer Cages - Digits in a cage sum to the clue given in the top left corner of the cage.
Skyscraper - Digits in the grid represent skyscrapers of that height. Higher skyscrapers obscure smaller ones. Clues outside the grid show the number of visible skyscrapers in that row/column from the clue's direction of view.
German Whispers - Digits on a green german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Dutch Whispers - Digits on an orange dutch whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.
Renban - Digits on a purple renban line form a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order.
Kropki Dots - Digits separated by white kropki dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black kropki dot are in a 1:2 ratio; i.e., one is double the other.

32 minutes for me. Giving it 3 stars because I can't claim to have found it 'easy' but I think its a 2 star for the average solver probably.

Liked it a lot. Lots of rules, but it all seemed to flow well. Thanks for sharing.
