Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Each of the standard rules below is either correct as stated, or a lie (in which case it should be interpreted as having the word "never" in the underlined position).
ARROWS - Digits on an arrow ___ sum to the digit in the attached circle.
DUTCH WHISPERS - Adjacent digits along orange lines ___ differ by 4 or more.
PARITY LINES - Adjacent digits along red lines ___ have different even/odd parity.
BLACK KROPKI - Digits separated by a black dot ___ have a 2 to 1 ratio.
WHITE KROPKI - Digits separated by a white dot are ___ consecutive.

That was brilliant. I'm not great at these (took me 45 minutes to get my first digit, as I missed some early deductions for a bit), but that was just incredible, right to the very end.
