I have taken a lot of inspiration from
juggler's multi-grid puzzles including
Little Wonder,
Quadrata, and more recently,
Inset, all of which I have quite enjoyed!
I was curious to explore the space of overlapping grids to better understand them, and after many attempts to set something that was solvable, I present to you the following. I hope it does justice to the variant, and I hope you enjoy!
Rules
In each N-by-N Latin Square (marked by dark borders), place the digits 1-N once in each row and column. Grey backgrounds are used to differentiate squares.
Digits along diagonals marked by an arrow have the same sum.
Play on SudokuPad!
Solution code: Column 8 from top to bottom (8 digits).
