Thanks to gdc for the templates for folding and to Flinty and malakree for testing!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Mad Fold-In: The dashed red lines are folded onto each other so that column 1, 2, 8 and 9 form a secondary grid. In this grid all non-sudoku rules are still valid.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the connected circle.
Split Peas:The sum of the digits on a line between two circles is equal to a concatenation of the digits in the circles, in some order. For example, 3-346-1 could be a valid split pea line, since 3+4+6=13, which is a concatenation of 3 and 1.
All feedback (positive or critical) appreciated!
Solution code: Row 1, left to right (9 digits)

I loved this! The fold-in mechanic works perfectly and there are many times where a case just barely fails, which is glorious. Thank you for this wonderful puzzle!

Nice one. Having the clues change type when folded feels very much on flavor with mad fold-in. Also like how well the red/black frame works with the green lines visually.
