Normal sudoku rules: Every row, column, and box must contain a complete set of the digits 1-9.

Parity Lines: Digits along blue parity lines alternate odd/even.

Mod4 Lines: Any three adjacent cells along rose Mod4 lines must contain digits with three different remainders when divided by 4.

Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the value shown in the upper left corner of the cage.

For clarity: The lines in boxes 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 are rose Mod4 Lines. The lines in boxes 2, 4, 6, and 8 are blue Parity Lines.

Lovely puzzle. But 2* max in my humble opinion.
