Nice! Didn't take me very long (about 9 minutes) but I had a lot of fun with the arrows! I imagine this rule could be interesting to see in harder puzzles, too, and I kinda hope to see one in 2* :D

Took me 27:21, but super fun puzzle! I think this might one of my favourite Sudoku's ever.

Okay so it took me 28 minutes but it was fun figuring out the where the nines could and could not go and not going crazy marking the possible values for the arrow cells.
