Dutch Flat Mates (Chinese Whispers)

- Dutch Flats: every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Chinese Whispers: adjacent digits on a line must differ by at most 2.
Hint
5 in box 1 has only one place to go. After that focus on box 1 - the 5-cell line that's sticiking out into box 4 puts a lot of pressure on high digits in box 1. R4c2 also has a tough time going in b1.

Fun logic! Since this purple/pink color is already used for Renban lines, might I suggest using red for Chinese whispers? Red is a prominent color during the festivities of Chinese New Year and traditionally is seen as a lucky color in China, so it seems like a good fit. (Disclaimer, I'm not Chinese)
