Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Cages with the same size sum to the same total. Cages of different sizes do not sum to the same total.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrows circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.
