Blinky the Ghost

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
ENTROPIC: The RED line (Blinky) is an Entropic line. Any set of three sequential cells along the red entropic line must contain a low digit (1,2,3), middle digit (4,5,6) and high digit (7,8,9)
ODD cells. The two grey circles (Blinky's eyes) must be odd.
DUTCH WHISPER (ORANGE/YELLOW DOTS): Adjacent digits along the line of orange and yellow dots must differ by at least 4.
PARITY (LIGHT BLUE) The light blue lines are Parity lines. Digits along a parity line must alternate between odd and even
KILLER CAGES: The sum of the cells in a cage must equal the total given for that cage. Digits in a cage do not repeat.
Kropki dots: Black dots are a 1:2 ratio. White dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
