Normal sudoku rules apply, and all clues are standard.
German Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the value indicated in the top left corner.
Partial Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.

That was a lot of fun - a few moments staring and wondering how on earth I could move forward, but the next step of the flow was always there.

Very, very clever. I was very pleased to get the initial logic, and the puzzle guides you through the rest. How people set puzzles like this is beyond me. Thank you so much for the challenge and entertainment.
