This sudoku is inspired by Marty Sears' fantastic "Rat Run" series.

Rules:

• Santa Claus has been kidnapped and locked up in a dark maze. Reindeer Rudolph has come to his rescue. His red nose is not bright enough to illuminate the maze. Fortunately, each cell in the grid contains a very powerful light, which can be turned on by correctly placing a digit in that cell. Can you guide Rudolph through the maze and find Santa?
  
• Normal Sudoku rules apply. Every row, column, and 2x3 box contains each number from 1 to 6 exactly once.
  
• Darkness (Dynamic Fog): The grid is partially covered in darkness. Correctly placing a digit will illuminate all cells that can be seen from the position of that digit, i.e. all cells that are not obscured by maze walls.
  
• Rudolph must reach Santa by finding a path through the maze. The path must not visit any cell more than once, cross itself, or pass through any maze walls. As well as moving orthogonally, Rudolph may move diagonally if there's a 2x2 space in which to do so, but may never pass diagonally through a round wall-spot on the corner of a cell.
  
• Snowflakes: Digits separated by a snowflake are in a 2:1 ratio. Not all snowflakes are necessarily given.
  
• One-Way Doors: A christmas tree between two cells acts as a one-way door. Rudolph may only cross it if moving from its stem to its tip. The tip of a christmas tree always points to the smaller of the two digits it sits between.
  
• Path: The correct path will be a valid modular line, i.e. any three adjacent digits along the path must contain exactly one digit from each modular set. The modular sets are {1, 4}, {2, 5} and {3, 6}.
