RULES:

• One would say normal sudoku rules apply, but the digits are 0-8 instead of 1-9.
• Digits in cages sum to the value in the top-left corner, and are not 3. Digits do not repeat in cages.
• Every 2x2 square of cells must contain a digit from (0,3,6), a digit from (1,4,7) and a digit from (2,5,8).
• Boxes do not contain the same digits in the same positions.
