brilliant exploitation of geometry.
the first couple steps are relatively easy, and so is the rest of the SOLVE, but it certainly boggles MY mind to realize that someone figured out how to CONSTRUCT this.

I rated this 3/5 difficulty.
Very nice puzzle! I tend to rate difficulty slightly lower than the posted/consensus difficulty, but I thought this puzzle was actually pretty tough for a 2-star, especially since I consider myself fairly proficient in killer puzzles. IMO this felt more like a 3/5 difficulty killer, although my solve time was slightly faster than my 3-star average. It had several distinct interesting pieces of logic required to complete the solve, and a couple of them took me a while to spot.
I really liked the use of the corner three-cell killers to break symmetry (although interestingly their shapes had a cool semi-symmetric arrangement), and I thought the 42-sum cage geometry was nice as well. Definitely worth giving the puzzle a go!

Absolutely gorgeous! For me this fell apart in three distinct "phases," which were all equally challenging and joyful.

Great puzzle, Riff. Great "classic" cage deductions with a mix of fun geometry and intuitive scanning. Such fun!
