I set this puzzle a long time ago and kind of just abandon it. Then, I saw this puzzle on my bookmark and thought of a break-in and slightly modifies it. So, here is the puzzle.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that column, looking in that direction.
3. A circled digit indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.
4. Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
