What a clever puzzle! I wonder why this is so low rated :( maybe the rules were insufficiently mentioned earlier when I've not gotten to this yet?!

It was very original logic from start to finish with nice interactions all around the grid! This puzzle definitely deserves a feature on CTC as the "occasional easy puzzle"!

I apologize for the lack of rigor in the previous version . Thank you all for raising questions. After adding the rule that arrows do not share cells, the logic became smoother.

if this is supposed to be a level 1 puzzle, then the number has no meaning at all.

Really cool break in, fun solve throughout. The biggest hitch near the 3/4 mark might elevate this to a 2* in my mind.

Almost ambigous, but when you get stuck search in box 6.
