Dynamic Archery

Rules: Put the digits 0 to 8 once each into every row, column and 3x3 box.
Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear some or no fog. Revealed cells can appear anywhere in the grid. No guessing is required.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by the other rules. All arrows travel orthogonally between cells and do not branch or share cells (including circles) with other arrows.

I rated this 3/5 difficulty.
Very nice FOW puzzle, and I enjoyed using the 0-8 digits with arrows as it was a nice change of pace compared to standard arrows. It took a bit of time to get adjusted and I still occasionally tried to place a 9, but the different arrow logic was fun to try.
I think this was on the easier end of 3/5 difficulty puzzles -- as the logic throughout was quite approachable, but using the different digit set made it a bit harder because it changes my pattern recognition for arrows quite a bit.

Fantastic puzzle! I'm very surprised by the low rating (83% at the time of writing), as I felt the setting was challenging but fair, with some interesting logic, and the puzzle flowed throughout. Well done!

Excellent use of dynamic fog. The interactions are deep but always fair to spot. I like the pacing with the warm-up deductions to introduce the main logical themes.
