Counting Sum More Dominoes
(Published on 4. December 2024, 20:52 by Jolly Rogers)
RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Every cell in the grid belongs to a domino - except for the given caged digit.
- A domino consists of two orthogonally adjacent cells, and different dominoes cannot overlap each other.
- The sum of the digits in a domino indicates how many dominoes in the grid sum to that total. For example, if a domino's digits sum to 7, there must be 7 dominoes with the sum of 7.
- Domino borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
- Digits joined by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio, not all possible dots are given.
- Some Maths is required.

This was so hard! Even with some accessible 'first principles' logic with the domino counting, it really took me a while to get going on this puzzle, and every step felt earned. Very, very nicely done
