Lovely series. Would be great to dig deeper into the mines.

Such a joy and pleasure to dive into these puzzle mines!

A sudoku quest in a jewel mine. Finkz would have liked it. I certainly did. Thanks, Marty!

Another wonderful product from the Sears catalogue!
This was beautifully put together. Well done and thank you!

Absolutely amazing puzzle series

Simply amazing! It felt so satisfying to solve all the little pieces leading up to the final puzzle.

Excellent as always, and i didnt cry about the solution code as it literally wasnt an issue.

Excellent multi-puzzle. It feels like a treasure hunt—maybe that should be a theme.

What an enjoyable family of puzzles! Really something to deduce how each of the line types worked. After the Finkz series, this is probably my 2nd favorite themed series now. Thank you!

Very clever. I wonder when Finkz will run through the mine

I enjoy these in steps puzzle setups.
And that there is a story to it, would not have hurt to have it even a bit more thematic.
Fanstastic non the less!

This is the very most elegant puzzle that I have solved as a Sudoku beginner!! Thank you!

6 puzzles for the „price“ of one - highly enjoyable and well set (of course)!

Lovely. Shame there isn't a yellow gemstone whose name is [spoiler] letters long!
on 30. November 2024, 22:56 by Rickium
Very fun puzzle! My only complaint is that it's very possible to find the digits of some of the gems without completing a part of the mini puzzle. Still solved them all though!

Why did you make the solution code such that you actually need to type it out instead of just using the copy cells button? You really should make it a single row or column, I rated this as "not nice at all" just because of that
Marty: haha thanks, I will suck up the bad rating. If someone wants to judge a whole puzzle on the outrageous ask of typing in 9 digits then that's entirely up to them

Ah, that was a really satisfying run, Marty!
Challenging but quite approchable at once as you get familiar with the different dual line rules.
Fantastic puzzle.
Thanks!

Such a joyful ride this was :) Loved the treasure hunt, every puzzle had right amount of thinking needed. Perfect balance between excitement and mental fatigue. Thanks for setting this.

Very fun concept of hiding clues in other puzzles. Thank you!

absolutely beautiful! Loved every second of this crazy adventure! Thank you for setting!

I can never get enough of your index line puzzles—they're my favourite ruleset, and this puzzle is the perfect demonstration of why. Thank you!

Very fun hunt down in the mine. Thanks :)

Thank you for this fantastic puzzle, Marty! It felt so harmonious how the small mines allowed me to practice the different dual lines and then they were combined perfectly in the large mine. Gorgeous setting!

What a joy to solve. Loved having to wrap my brain around different line rules at the same time. As always, a wonderfully clever construction from a real master.

A great homage to Pale Fire, and brilliant in its own right.

What a wonderful adventure, hats off!

I'll probably get a lot of pushback on this but I think this is the best-set puzzle you've made so far; everything comes together so, so well.

Really neat, and very approachable if you are familiar with the main ruleset of the puzzle (and still approachable if you aren’t - I wasn’t). I loved thinking about how each color interacted with the main idea. Really well put together.

Pleased to see another puzzle hunt similar to Pale Fire which in my opinion was the best hunt I have ever solved. This was a close second because it was much easier but had some lovely interactions especially the grey only lines which for some reason twisted my brain when solving the coloured lines. Thank you for everything you bring to this puzzle community.

Awesome sequence. Toughest part is to keep up with all rules at once in the 9x9. Really fun to solve. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much for taking your time to set this masterpiece up!

Wonderfully balanced bite sized bits of index duality that meld together to a very satisfying finale. Definitely dug up some gems here.

A self-contained hunt with some fun snacks before a really novel 9x9 with some stellar logic. This puzzle had a little bit of everything. Such a highlight. Thank you!
