RULES:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• A blue marked cell in row X indicates the row where X appears in the column.
• The digit on the + is greater than all adjacent digits. The opposite applies for the -.
• The digits in the red circles are odd.
• Digits along marked diagonals sum to the number indicated outside the grid.
• The brown line is a renban line.
• The teal line is a mod-3 line, on which each set of 3 digits must contain exactly one value from the following three groups: 147, 258, 369.
• Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
