RULES

German Whisper: Digits along a green line differ by at least 5.
Dutch Whisper: Digits along an orange line differ by at least 4.
Black Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
German Whisper: Digits along a green line differ by at least 5.
