I borrowed KMD's Diaeresis ruleset for a bit to stitch this together.
-
Irregular 10-sudoku rules apply: place the digits 0-9 once each in every row, column and region.
-
A red X marks a 2x2 region where the product of both diagonals is the same. All possible red X are given.
-
A blue X marks a 2x2 region where the sum of both diagonals is the same. All possible blue X are given.
-
Grey lines are palindromes: their digits read the same either direction. All possible length 2 grey lines are given.

Solution code: Row 9 left to right, followed by row 2 right to left.

Very nice use of the negative constraint! I think this diaeresis variant works well with the irregular regions. Fun puzzle.
