RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Every 3 consecutive cells along a teal line must contain a complete set of residuals modulo 3. i.e: one from (3,6,9), one from (1,4,7) and one from (2,5,8).
- Digits in cages sum to the value given in the top-left corner (if given). Digits do not repeat within cages.

Slow flow. Perhaps is because I'm not familiar with the módulo constraint, but sometimes I had the feeling that there were too many inconclusive things going
