RULES:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• The digits in column 1 tell what column the 1 is placed in that row. The same applies for the digits 5 and 9 in columns 5 and 9, respectively.
• Any set of three sequential cells along a (teal? cyan?) Modular Line must contain a complete set of residues modulo 3, i.e. one digit from (1,4,7), one from (2,5,8), and one from (3,6,9).
