Doubler RSL

Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Doubler: There are nine Doubler cells in the grid, exactly one in each row, column and marked 3x3 box and filled with a complete set of the digits 1-9. The value of a Doubler cell is twice the digit in that cell.
Region Sum Lines: On blue lines values must have an equal sum N within each 3x3 box it passes through. N may be different for different lines.

A wonderful puzzle here. Great interaction between sum lines, doublers, and sudoku. Agree with a 4* rating. So excellent, and a great, sparse ruleset.

This is an excellent puzzle, but I do not see how this is only 3 stars for difficulty.

Loved it, thanks for sharing! Great flow all the way through, but the first part was just perfect.
