RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Boxes 1, 5, and 9 contain the same digits in the same positions.
- Digits separated by black dots are in a 1:3 ratio. All dots are given.
- Digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the surrounding cells.
