Wow, very nice. When in trouble, read the rules carefully :) At first I didn’t understand what ”this applies to all rows…” meant. Even after fully understanding the rules the puzzle was fairly hard. Probably solvers more familiar with 159 ruleset find this puzzle easier eventhough this puzzle does not exactly follow 159 ruleset. My brain is not compatible with indexing
