Foggy Doublers

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in a cage sum to the small clue in that cage.
Digits on arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
There are 9 doubled cells in the grid. One in every row, column and 3x3 box, representing the digits 1-9 once. Doubler cells count double their value towards the above rules.
Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. The fog will clear in surrounding cells when a digit is placed correctly.
Solution code: The nine doublers. Left to right, top to bottum.

Yes, please amend your solution code phrasing, as I also tried left to right doublers first.
