Rules:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and box.
Non Consecutive: Cells that are orthogonally adjacent may not contain consecutive digits.
Palindromes: Along a gray line, cells that are an equal distance from the end of the line must contain the same digit.
Region Kropki Lines: Region borders divide gray lines into segments. Along a line, neighboring segments will either have sums in a 1:2 ratio or have consecutive sums. A line crossing multiple borders may have segments with both ratio and consecutive relationships.
