Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Region Sum Lines: On blue lines digits must have an equal sum N within each 3x3 box it passes through. N may be different for different lines.
Kropki Pairs: A black dot seperates digits with an 1:2 ratio. A white dot seperates digits that are consecutive. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.
Entropy: Each 2x2 box in the grid has to contain a low digit (1, 2, 3), a middle digit (4, 5, 6) and a high digit (7, 8, 9).

To be honest, I think five stars may be a bit exaggerated, maybe closer to three stars.

A little sticky towards the end but absolutely incredible how well it falls into place. Entropy doesn't generally get the love it deserves; this is one of the finest examples of it there is, fabulous puzzle.
