Rules:

• Akari: Shade some cells, and place lights in some unshaded cells so that every unshaded cell is illuminated. Lights illuminate the cell they’re in as well as all cells seen in a straight line horizontally or vertically up to either the first shaded cell or the edge of the grid. Lights may not illuminate each other. Clues in shaded cells count the number of orthogonally adjacent lights.
• Fillomino: Divide all unshaded cells into orthogonally connected regions, such that no two regions of the same size touch orthogonally. Each unshaded cell contains a digit containing the size of its region. (Lights may be placed on unshaded givens)
• Interaction: Every fillomino region must contain exactly one light.
• Japanese Sums: Clues outside the grid give the sums of all groups of contiguous unshaded cells in that row or column, with at least one shaded cell separating them. A question mark represents any digit, but clues may not have leading zeros. "..." represents any number of clues, including none.

PS: Read the hidden comments after solving!

Solution code: Columns 4 and 6, using the fillomino number for all unshaded cells and S for all shaded cells

What a sweet message, and such a wonderful puzzle to boot. Thank you, wisty, for this gem. The start here was actually easier than the middle solve (that 8 clue interaction!) but the logic was so thorough and smooth, I was continually satisfied even through the endgame problem. Wonderful time! Thank you!
