J'accuse! by Skeptical Mario
Rules:
Sudoku - Place digits from 1-9 in every cell without repeating in a row, column, or box.
Arrows - Digits along an arrow line sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Fog of War - The grid is mostly covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear fog in nearby cells (no guessing is required).

A good way to think about is the placement of certain high digits within certain boxes, then look at the totals of some arrows together and how they interact each other in some way.

Hmm guess I'm missing something, I really don't know how to solve it without guessing.
After filling 5 digits with logic and also having some idea about the arrows in box 9 I'm stuck and I'm not seeing at all how it's 2 stars.
