Spooky Division

- Normal sudoku rules apply, i.e. each row, column and 3x3 region has to contain the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- Spooky Division Lines: On each line in the grid, the digits must sum to exactly 31. Moreover, lines which are separated by box borders are split into segments whose sums may differ by at most 1.
- Inequality: The inequality sign is a "greater than" and points to the lower digit.
