Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The Sierpinski Order 2 curve (red line): Negative diagonals inside the grid contain odd digits. Positive diagonals inside the grid contain even digits.
Digits along the orange line must differ by at least 4.
A white dot indicates adjacent cells are consecutive. Not all dots are shown.
A V indicates adjacent cells sum to 5. An X indicates adjacent cells sum to 10. Not all Vs and Xs are shown.
Little Killer: A numbered arrow outside the grid is the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Sandwich: A non-arrowed number outside the grid gives the sum of the digits "sandwiched" between the digits 1 and 9 in the corresponding row or column.

Nice puzzle! It's a shame that it's a bit difficult to read the numbers in cells with red lines. It's a nice idea. Liked it a lot!

Not sure why this puzzle doesn't have more solves...it was a blast. Thanks for sharing.

that was beautiful... very easy IMO, but very nice;
the clues ware plentiful and there are (what felt like most of the time) more than one interaction of them pushing the solve forward.
The only time this puzzle felt more like a two star puzzle was relatively early on in box 8 (I'm quite sure you know which cell) but that quickly proved to affect box 7 (you know which one).
aaanyway that was surely a very beautiful puzzle and a fun solve no matter the difficulty rating
