Between Arrows

Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and box exactly once.Arrows: digits on the arrow sum to the value in the connected circle.
Between Lines: digits on a line between two circles are between the values in the circles.
Little Killer: clues outside the grid give the sum of digits in the direction of the arrow.
Fold-In: The dashed red lines are folded onto each other so that column 1, 2, 8 and 9 form a secondary grid. In this grid all rules apply as they are visible when folded, except that regions and rows do not need to have all of the digits for obvious reasons (it's a 4x9 grid).
E.g. the renban in the example image in r7c1 and r8c2 will also form a renban with r7c8 and r8c9.
Note: the Little Killer clues outside the grid are valid in the 4x9 grid, if the clue is not between the dashed red lines and thus would be folded away.

What a wonderful puzzle! I loved the break-in and felt it had a very smooth flow once I understood the interactions across the fold.

top and bottom little killer not needed and not true for folded grid, while left and right is still functioning

yes, they are folded away and not visible, while the outer LK still are visible and valid. I'll add a note to the puzzle description.

very funny execution with some surprising pieces of logic sprinkled throughout the solve. liking the outside clues as well. next up: zipper lines that become renbans if they loose their central dot :D need to brew with this variant myself.
