Hi everyone, today I bring you my new puzzle. It's my first Chaos Construction puzzle. The title is the name of a beautiful song by Wilco. I hope you like it
Rules:
1. Chaos construction: Divide the grid into nine regions of orthogonally connected cells such that each row, column and region contains each digit from 1 to 9 exactly once.
2. German Whispers: Along a green line, adjacent digits differ by at least 5.
3. Regional Kropki Dots:Each region has a "whisper value" equal to the sum of the digits within the region that are on a German Whisper Line.
- No region has a whisper value of 0.
- No two regions have the same whisper value.
- A white dot indicates that the whisper values are consecutive.
- A black dot indicates that the whisper values are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.

Very nice ruleset and very well set puzzle! Also, thank you for the example puzzle. I would have likely not tried the "big one" without it :)
