Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
There are nine vampires and nine prey cells in the grid, one of each in every row, column and box. Every digit from 1-9 appears exactly once in a vampire and once in a prey cell. Vampires steal the value of the prey cell in their box, making the value of the vampire cell the sum of the vampire digit and the prey digit, and the value of the prey cell 0.
The values in cages sum up to the small number in the top-left corner of the cage. Digits do not repeat within a cage, but values may.
Note: The name of this ruleset has apparently been changed to Nosferatu. Hopefully people can find this puzzle now that the new name is mentioned.

Consistently fiendish throughout, but not in an unfair way. Recommended to anyone who likes super hard puzzles and has 6 hours to spare!
