To Christmas 2023 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.

Sharing is fun! Thus the present puzzle is also meant to be shared, in that the cells are to be divided, evenly, into pentominoes. Similar pentominoes may not share an edge, and any given letters must lie in the pentomino shape corresponding to that letter.
Following this, some cells need to be shaded, so that a cave is formed by the unshaded cells. That is, the unshaded cells must form a single orthogonally connected whole, and the shaded cells must be orthogonally linked to the edge of the grid. Cells with numbers must not be shaded, and they indicate how many unshaded cells are visible in horizontal and vertical directions, including the numbered cell itself. In addition, each pentomino must be either completely shaded or completely unshaded.
Then, draw a loop into the grid, which passes through each cell with a circle in it. In cells with a black circle, the loop must turn, and continue straight in both the preceding and following cells; while in white circles it must move straight, and turn in at least one of the preceding or following cells.
The loop must visit each pentomino once, continually alternating between unshaded and shaded.
